World Scratch Map Deluxe Edition

World Scratch Mapยฎ, an instant hit when it first appeared, now published in a new deluxe edition with more elegant presentation before you scratch off the top layer to reveal countries you have already visited and more detail underneath.Now presented with the gold layer covering the land beautifully offset by the dark brown colouring of the surrounding seas, the map shows names of countries and oceans. Both on land and sea darker shading indicates mountain ranges and ocean floor trenches. When the top layer is removed more information is revealed, including capitals and main cities. All place names are in English. A decorative panel under the map provides more information with highest summits and lowest points on each continent, etc, so if you have climbed Aconcagua or floated in the Dead Sea, there’™s more scratching fun here.If you have already visited Russia or Canada or the Antarctic, prepare a nice long drink to accompany you and start scratching.
