Sierra de Gredos Adrados Map
Sierra de Gredos from Adrados Ediciones on a combination of two maps: a general road map at 1:135,000, plus its central area with the highest peaks shown in great detail at 1:25,000. Also included are panorama drawings and lists of main peaks and passes, etc.On one side is a road map at 1:135,000 covering the whole of the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park, extending from Avila in the north-eastern corner to beyond Bejar in the west. Contours at 100m intervals with altitude colouring and relief shading, plus names of numerous peaks, valleys, etc. show the topography. Road network includes dirt roads and local paths. Symbols highlight locations of tourist information offices, hotels, campsites, mountain refuges, main climbing sites and petrol stations.On the reverse the central area, from Guisando (just west to Arenas de San Pedro) in the east to the peak of Almanzor and beyond in shown by excellent, detailed cartography at 1:25,000 with contours at 10m intervals supplemented by bold shading and graphic relief. Overprint highlights hiking trails, huts, refuges and local springs. Both maps have a UTM grid. Map legend and all the text are in Spanish only.The panorama drawings present the two main ranges: Almanzor with the Circa de Gredos as seen from Los Barrerones and the Los Gayalos viewed from La Mira.
