Moscow Street Atlas

Moscow Atlas from AGT Geocenter Moscow in A4 format claims to feature each registered building in Moscow. The indexed atlas divides the city into six areas: central, north, north west and north east, south, south west and south east and the zelenograd region. Motorways, main, local and one way roads and pedestrian only streets and squares are all differentiated on the atlas. Railways, bridges, underground walkways, tunnels, tram lines, airports and metro and bus stations are shown. A transliterated metro plan is provided as is information on water transport such as river ports and berths.The atlas locates a wide array of leisure past times such as cinemas, theatres, museums, exhibition halls, circuses, zoos and libraries. Places of worship, post offices and hotels are also shown.The legend, which is the only bit of the atlas that is translated into English, is very extensive and broken down into symbols related to the different categories of; city authorities, medical care, leisure, boundaries, transportation, hydrography, green space and built-up area. The atlas highlights of a large number of local official and government buildings, provides a list of key name changes to streets and stations since the break up of the Soviet Union and has a detailed telephone directory.
