Charlie Ramsay Round: Ben Nevis, Grey Corries and Mamores

Charlie Ramsay Round, a route from the Ben Nevis Youth Hostel across the peak itself and 23 more summits including the Grey Corries and Mamores ranges, presented at 1:40,000 on a contoured, GPS compatible map from Harvey Map Services, printed on light, waterproof and tear-resistant paper. Contours are at 15m intervals enhanced by graphic relief and colouring for different types of vegetation. The 24 peaks are prominently marked. The map has the lines of the British national grid at 1km intervals. This challenging route of 24 Munros, 56-miles long and with 28,500 feet of ascent (42km ‘“ 935m approx), currently has the fastest recorded times of 18hr 23min for men, 20hr 24min for women, and 29hr 59min in winter. Contenders who can complete it with 24 hours gain the right to be listed with the Fell Runners Association (FRA) and inclusion onto the Charlie Ramsey Round website.To see other titles in this series please click on the series link.
