Black Forest South Mountain Bike Guide

Mountain bike tours in the southern, most picturesque part of the Black Forest in a handy size, 23 x 12 cm, ring-binder atlas from Verlag Esterbauer, Europe’™s leading publishers of cycling maps. The 32 tours described in the guide can be combined into longer routes. All the pages are printed on waterproof and tear-resistant plastic.*IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE:* Map legend includes English and, although *all the text in these guides is in German only*, information provided on the maps is sufficient to use them without any knowledge of German, particularly in the absence of similar products in English from other publishers.The routes are presented on clear, easy to follow maps with contours enhanced by relief shading and colouring for woodlands. The overprint highlighting the routes indicates road surface and, where appropriate, the density of motorized traffic. Gradients, intermediate distances, danger points, roads closed to cyclists, sections where bikes have to be carried, lockable and/or covered bike stands, bike rental and workshops, etc. are marked and route profiles show the degree of difficulty for each cycle tour. The guide also gives opening hours of museums and other local places of interest. A separate section at the end of the guide list recommended accommodation addresses with phone numbers.
