Alps in Summer Panorama Wall Map

Wonderful hand-drawn panorama of the Alps on a map over two metres long, presenting the mountains in a 3-D effect, with snow covered peaks, valleys, lakes, etc. Viewed from the north towards the south, the panorama is centered between Lake Constance and Lake Como, and has Vienna, Munich, Basel and Dijon in the foreground, with in the background the Po Valley, the Adriatic and the spine of the Apennines. Coverage east/west extends from Vienna to beyond the Rhรดne Valley.Measuring 215 x 61cm (84.5″ x 24″ approx), the map names numerous peaks (many shown with heights), individual chains, valleys, lakes and towns.
