Tony Howard’s Cicerone guide to Treks and Climbs in Wadi Rum, Jordan details is one of the few guides dedicated to exploring the outdoor opportunities in the country. Wadi Rum is located in the south of Jordan, close to the Red Sea port of Aqaba and is particularly remote, despite being only a five hour flight and short onward journey from Europe.
