St. Kitts and Nevis

The islands of St. Kitts (at 1:30,000) and Nevis (at 1:20,000) on a map from the Caribbean-based cartographer Michal Kasprowski highlighting beaches and water sports sites, plus street plans of central Bassesterre and Charlestown. Each island is on one side of the map, accompanied by the relevant street plan. Topography is presented by contours with hill shading and altitude colouring. The maps show main or secondary roads and local cart tracks, indicating locations of car parks and petrol stations. Symbols show various places of interest including beaches, diving sites, sugar mills, etc. On St. Kitts the route of the scenic railway is also marked, and an enlargement shows the Brimstone Hill Fortress in greater detail. Latitude and longitude lines are drawn at 2’™ (St. Kitts) and 1’™ (Nevis). For each map, the index covers both the island and the street plan, plus includes a separate list of diving sites. All the information is in English.
