The map also provides a list indicating how these units are combined into larger groups (North-Western Okrug, Central Okrug, Southern Okrug, etc). The map shows railway lines, including the whole of the Trans-Siberian route, and local airports, but no roads are included. All place names are in Latin alphabet only. Latitude and longitude lines are drawn at intervals of 12ยฐ. The index is on the reverse.
